TITLE DESIGN
The following are a wide variety of pieces I’ve had the pleasure of creating title designs for. With my background in traditional Visual Communication design and branding, title design is a breath of fresh air amidst all of the illustration work. I would love to be considered for more :)
Evan Hecox: The Long Way
I was given the opportunity to create the end title design for Dress Code's piece on him. Evan Hecox is a Colorado-based artist who distills the urban environment in his art, transforming the city into graphic elements in prints, drawings, and mixed-media works.

2019 AIGA Medalist Videos
The medal of AIGA—the most distinguished in the field—is awarded to individuals in recognition of their exceptional achievements, services or other contributions to the field of design and visual communication.
This year I designed the titles for the medalist videos which were played at the AIGA Awards Gala in Pasadena, CA.

Kid Boxer
Title design for a short by Dan Covert.
Kid Boxer stars a young Latvian boxer, his relationship with his parents, and his rigorous training schedule.
I wanted to create titles which portrayed the hero is this film, child-like but stringent in his outer form. By drawing these titles frame by frame I went through the motions of how the hero trains; repetition forms habit.

This direction considers the idea of environmental projection and two things crossing paths, meeting one another.
